This website was created by a number of NTT faculty who Oppose SEIU Union Representation at Vanderbilt. Some of our colleague’s fear backlash from their colleagues for making their names public. Fear of backlash seems most prominent in A&S, and we urge our pro-union colleagues to cease implicit and explicit intimidation tactics.

Our focus is on providing objective information:

• Specifically about SEIU, a union about which we have significant concerns, and
• Generally about what unionization might or might not mean for those of us at Vanderbilt.
